摘要
随着M油田的开发,油田MH层位天然能量出现不足,按照开发方案,注水井将作为油藏能量补充的重要手段。受制于该油田地面水源的限制,注水井用水来源主要为油井产出水。文中通过实验室分析得出了该油田产出水的主要化学成分,分析了影响注水井管材腐蚀的主要因素,并通过实验室模拟不同的井下工况,得出几种常见管材的腐蚀程度。为最大程度减少后续修井作业和操作成本,综合考虑管材腐蚀对井下生产的安全性及经济性,该油井中普遍使用的13Cr油管不宜作为注水井油管使用,推荐25%Cr为该油田注水井管材材质。
With the development of the M oilfield,the natural energy of the MH layer in the oilfield is insufficient.According to the development plan,water injection wells will be used as an important means of reservoir energy supplement.Subject to the limitation of the surface water source of the oil field,the main water source of the water injection well is the water produced by the oil well.This paper obtains the main chemical components of the water produced in the oilfield according to laboratory analysis,analyzes the main factors affecting the corrosion of the water injection well pipes,and simulates different downhole conditions through the laboratory to obtain the corrosion levels of several common pipes.In order to minimize the follow-up workover operations and operating costs,and comprehensively consider the safety and economy of downhole production due to pipe corrosion,it is recommended to use 25%Cr tubing in water injection wells in M oilfield,while 13%Cr tubing commonly used in oil wells in M oilfield is not suitable for water injection wells.
