摘要
随着绿色制造理念的推广,传统化铣弯曲壁板的工艺逐渐被淘汰。机械铣壁板越来越多地被应用于实际生产中。文中介绍了一种大型航天弯曲壁板的加工方法及误差分析方法,该方法通用性强,具有较高的可操作性,适用于大多数弯曲蒙皮板材的机械铣削。
With the promotion of the concept of green manufacturing,the traditional process of chemical milling curved panel is gradually eliminated.More and more mechanical milling panels are used in actual production.This paper introduces a machining method and error analysis method for large-scale aerospace curved panel.This method is versatile and has high operability,and is suitable for mechanical milling of most curved panels.
