摘要
“归属感”是企业凝聚力的核心,是员工在企业工作一段时间后产生的认同感和使命感,决定了员工对企业工作效益和工作时间。文章对企业人才“归属感”的重要性、中原石油报社人才“归属感”的现状调查及分析、如何提升企业人才“归属感”的措施三个方面进行分析。
“Sense of belonging”is the core of enterprise cohesion.It is the sense of identity and mission of employees after working in the enterprise for a period of time,which determines the eff iciency and working time of employees.This paper analyzes the importance of the“sense of belonging”of enterprise talents,the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the“sense of belonging”of Zhongyuan Oil newspaper talents,and the measures to improve the“sense of belonging”of enterprise talents,in order to promote the high-quality,eff icient and sustainable development of Zhongyuan Oil newspaper.
