渤海钻完井费控专业全方位系统化网状培训的创新实践

Innovative Practice of Comprehensive Systematic Network Training for Drilling and Completion Cost Control Specialty in Bohai Sea

近年来,随着渤海区域钻完井工作量的增加,项目审计和精细化管理对成本控制提出了进一步要求。此外,渤海区域钻完井费控还面临着专业人员流失、人才梯队断档、传统培养模式质效低等问题。文章论述了费控部门通过实施一系列的创新实践培训,包括基础入门培训和专题精深培训相结合、内外部培训双管齐下、线上线下培训并行等形式,有组织、有计划地逐层推进培养后备力量,建立了全方位的系统化网状培训架构及培训体系,首次实现了费控工程师课程的线上学习,使费控工作质量明显提升,为费控工程师执业标准化认证提供了范本,也为其他石油专业工程师改善培训现状提供了借鉴。

In recent years,with the increase of drilling and completion workload in Bohai area,project audit and f ine management put forward further requirements for cost control.In addition,drilling and completion cost control in Bohai area is also faced with the loss of professional personnel,the lack of talent echelon,and the low quality and eff iciency of traditional training mode.This paper discusses that through the implementation of a series of innovative practical training,including the combination of basic introductory training and special intensive training,the combination of internal and external training,and the parallel of online and offline training,the cost control department has promoted the cultivation of reserve forces in an organized and planned way,and established a comprehensive and systematic network training framework and training system,It is the f irst time to realize the online learning of cost control engineer course,which signif icantly improves the quality of cost control work,provides a model for the standardized certif ication of cost control engineer practice,and also provides a reference for other petroleum professional engineers to improve the training status.
