摘要
X射线荧光光谱作为一种峰背较高、灵敏度较高而且使用快速方便的分析仪器,自身具有不破坏试样进行无损分析的特点。而光谱分析能够被大规模运用的原因主要还是因其具备灵敏、迅速的分析方式,在历史中,曾经利用光谱分析发现了大量元素,比如:铷、铯、氦等,X射线荧光光谱法的良好发展,能够对我国的多数领域的发展起到推动作用。文章将阐述出X射线荧光光谱法的发展历程,并提出X射线荧光光谱法的基本原理以及使用方法。
As a kind of analytical instrument with high peak back,high sensitivity and fast and convenient use,X-ray fluorescence spectrum has the characteristics of non-destructive analysis without damaging samples.The reason why spectral analysis can be used in large scale is mainly due to its sensitive and fast analysis method.In history,a large number of elements have been found by spectral analysis,such as rubidium.The development of cesium,helium and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry can promote the development of most fields in China.This paper will describe the development of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,and put forward the basic principle and use method of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
