随着网络信息技术的应用范围越来越广泛,大数据技术发展成为趋势。海上石油生产开发中的生产数据统计分析方式也发生了深刻的变革。传统的生产数据统计方式依托人工巡检记录录入开发生产数据库。随着通讯方式的升级以及大数据技术的应用,生产实时数据系统投入应用。生产实时数据系统应用在石油行业中,推动海洋石油行业的信息化建设,促进海洋石油行业的智能化发展。文章以海底管道的运营管理为例,在生产实时数据系统的基础上,通过数据整理,结合成熟的海底混输管线的压降、温降数学模型,把数据计算结果应用于生产实际,指导海洋石油生产工艺开发。

With the wide application of network information technology,big data technology has become a trend.The statistical analysis method of production data in offshore oil production and development has also undergone profound changes.The traditional statistical method of production data relies on manual inspection record entry to develop production database.With the upgrading of communication mode and the application of big data technology,the production real-time data system has been put into use.The application of production real-time data system in the oil industry promotes the information construction of offshore oil industry and the intelligent development of offshore oil industry.Taking the operation and management of submarine pipeline as an example,based on the production real-time data system,through data processing,combined with the mature mathematical model of pressure drop and temperature drop of submarine mixed transportation pipeline,the data calculation results are applied to the production practice to guide the development of offshore oil production process.
