自21世纪以来,绿色节能和环保已成为全球发展的主题。因此,在石油工业中,对节能减排的要求大大增加。在生产化学产品的过程中,化学设备是最大的能源消耗量。实现化工设备的能源优化,避免不必要的能源浪费,对实现化学工业过程中的节能环保意识有重要意义。现阶段,高效节能蒸馏技术在化学过程中的应用尚不普遍,需要相关部门和研究人员进行深入分析研究。在此基础上,重点介绍了蒸馏技术的发展现状和应用效果。

Since the 21st century,green energy saving and environmental protection have become the themes of global development.Therefore,in the petroleum industry,the requirements for energy saving and emission reduction have greatly increased.In the process of producing chemical products,chemical equipment is the largest energy consumption.Realizing the energy optimization of chemical equipment and avoiding unnecessary energy waste is of great signif icance to the realization of energy conservation and environmental protection awareness in the chemical industry.At this stage,the application of high-eff iciency and energy-saving distillation technology in chemical processes is not widespread,and in-depth analysis and research are required by relevant departments and researchers.On this basis,it focuses on the development status and application effects of distillation technology.
