港口输油管道的腐蚀与防腐

Corrosion and Anti-corrosion of Port Oil Pipeline

输油管道在进行原油集中运输的过程中得到了很广泛的应用,而且利用管道输送原油的优势也非常突出。不过受到环境因素以及人为因素等的影响,输油管道也非常容易遭到腐蚀,这对管道的使用寿命以及输送的原油质量造成了非常不利的影响,甚至还会导致原油的泄漏,给环境造成严重的污染,也带来安全事故隐患。文章对港口输油管道的腐蚀原因进行了简单的分析,并且提出了若干具体防腐措施。

Oil pipeline has been widely used in the process of centralizedtransportation of crude oil,and the advantage of pipeline transportation is also very prominent.However,due to environmental and human factors,oil pipelines are also very vulnerable to corrosion,which has a very adverse impact on the service life of pipelines and the quality of crude oil transported,and even leads to the leakage of crude oil.Cause serious pollution to the environment;also bring hidden danger of safety accident.In this paper,the corrosion reasons of port oil pipeline are simply analyzed,and several concrete anticorrosion measures are put forward,hoping to provide some reference for relevant personnel.
