摘要 海上稠油热采蒸汽管线具有高温、高压、大位移特性,蒸汽管线在穿上层甲板后为防止雨水进入要进行封堵,但常规的封堵形式已经不能满足现行蒸汽管线大位移需求。文章根据蒸汽管线高温、高压特性带来的大位移,分析现有适用于海上平台管线封堵形式,阐述蒸汽管线穿甲板关键影响因素,总结出可用于海上稠油热采蒸汽管线穿甲板防雨设计方案。 Offshore heavy oil thermal recovery steam pipeline has the characteristics of high overflow,high pressure and large displacement.After the hot steam pipeline passes through the upper deck,it has to be blocked to prevent the rainwater from entering.However,the conventional plugging method cannot meet the large displacements of the current steam pipeline.According to the lager displacement caused by the high temperature and high pressure characteristics of steam pipeline,this paper analyzes the existing sealing forms of pipelines applicable to offshore platforms,expounds the key influencing factors of steam pipelines through the deck,and summarizes the rainproof design scheme of steam pipelines through the deck of offshore heavy oil hot song.
