摘要 2009年,欧盟出台了轮胎标签法,首次对轮胎的滚动阻力性能、抗湿滑性能、行驶噪音提出了要求;2014年,中国橡胶工业协会颁布了《绿色轮胎技术规范》;2018年,山东省颁布了《山东省绿色轮胎技术规范》《山东省载重汽车子午线轮胎安全环保技术性能要求》《山东省轿车子午线轮胎安全环保技术性能要求》等标准文件。发展绿色轮胎已是当前大势所趋。文章主要介绍了材料选取、结构设计、加工工艺三个阶段对绿色轮胎性能产生影响的因素。 In 2009,the EU introduced a tire counter mark law.For the f irst time,the requirements of rolling resistance,anti-wet-slip and driving noise are put forward.In 2014,Green Tire Technology Specif ication is published by China Rubber Industry Association.In 2018,Green Tire Technology Specif ication of Shandong,Technical Performance Requirements for Safety and Environmental Protection of Truck Radial Tire of Shandong and Technical Performance Requirements for Safety and Environmental Protection of Passenger Car Radial Tire of Shandong are published by Shandong Province.The development of green tires is the trend.This paper mainly introduces the factors that influence the performance of green tire in three stages:material selection,structure design and processing technology.
