垃圾渗沥液膜法处理工艺中的硫结垢问题

摘要 在垃圾渗沥液深度处理工艺中,膜法工艺已成为常见的处理工艺。在工艺中需重视硫污染问题。硫污染出现后可能会在较短时间内引起产水量迅速衰减,严重影响正常生产。文章通过实际案例分析了在渗沥液深度处理膜法工艺过程中的硫结垢情况,如:纳滤产水侧发生结垢、反渗透产水侧发生的硫结垢等,进而归类了垢样的特征,分析了结垢出现的原因,以及总结了如何预防此类结垢的发生。 In the advanced treatment process of landf ill leachate,membrane process has become a common treatment process.We should pay attention to sulfur pollution in the process.It will seriously affect normal production when sulfur pollution appeared and it may cause rapid decline of water production in a short time.This paper analyzes the sulfur scaling in the membrane process of landf ill leachate advanced treatment through actual cases.For example,scaling occurs in the water producing side of NF and RO.In this paper,the author classif ies the characteristics of scale samples,analyzesthe cause of scale samples formation and summarized how to prevent this kind of scaling.
