摘要
为解决页岩气开发过程中出现的复杂井况造成的牵引器输送难题,满足更多的作业项目和输送要求,开展了超长水平井、大角度上翘井牵引器输送技术、牵引器射孔输送技术、牵引器多芯电缆测井输送技术、井筒带压牵引器输送技术等牵引器拓展应用研究,实现了 3000m以上水平段的各类工具串输送,在涪陵、长宁-威远、长庆等多个页岩气田和油田得到推广应用,有效拓展了牵引器应用产业链。
In order to solve the problems caused by the complex well conditions in the development of shale gas,and to fulfill more job and conveyance requirements,the author has carried out the study of the development and application of the tractors such as tractor-conveyed technology in the super-long horizontal well and large-angle upslope well,the perforator-conveyed technology,the multi-conductor cable tractor-conveyed technology,and the tractor-conveyed technology in the well under pressure,achieving the varied conveyances of strings in more than 3000 m horizontal section.The technology has been widely used in Fuling,Changning-Weiyuan and Changqing shale gasfields and oilfields,and has effectively extended the industry chain of tractor application.
