摘要
管汇安装一般按照材料准备-分体预制-总装-焊接-校验和矫形的工序进行,须要把控每一环节的质量,以达到横平竖直一条线的安装要求。分析管汇预制中引起变形的节点问题,发现其主要原因是预制过程中的冷热变形;尝试从设计和工艺两个方面来解决变形问题,并根据变形特点采取合理的开孔、合理的焊接、合理的组对等方法控制变形量。钟52-3、马13-1-1等采油井的试验表明,措施后阀组变形量平均控制在2.33mm,相比前期平均变形量6mm,变形量减少3.67mm,有效提高预制质量。
The piping installation is usually carried out according to the procedure of material preparation,splitting prefabrication,assembly,welding and straightening.The quality of each process must be controlled in order to meet the installation requirements of vertical and horizontal alignment.For the problem of piping deformation,It is found that the main reason is the cold and hot deformation in middle of prefabrication.This paper attempts to solve the deformation problem from two aspects of design and technology,and takes such measures as opening,welding and group alignment in a reasonable way to control the deformation.The test results from Well Zhong 52-3 and Ma 13-1-1 show that the deformation of a valve set is controlled at 2.33 mm on average after the stimulation,which is reduced by 3.67 mm compared with the average deformation of 6 mm in the previous period,and the prefabrication quality is effectively improved.
