摘要
在信息化基础数据已建设完成的情况下,清河采油厂为深化信息化应用,决定分阶段稳步提升信息化能力,拟从生产技术管理信息化变革,安全管理信息化改变,经营管理信息化提升,运维管理信息化转变等多个维度加强信息化建设,逐步形成老油田新型信息化采油管理区管理模式,提升管理区信息化综合效益。
In order to enhance the application of informatization technology,Qinghe Oil Production Plant decided to improve the informatization capability steadily in stages based on the completion of basic informatization data.It was proposed to strengthen the informatization building in multiple dimensions,such as the transformation of production technology management informatization,the change of safety management informatization,the improvement of business management informatization,the transformation of operation management informatization and so on,so as to gradually establish the management pattern of new information-based oil production management area in old oilfields and to improve the comprehensive information-based benefits in the management area.
