国有企业党建工作与生产经营深度融合的思考

Thoughts on the Deep Integration of Party Building and Production Management in Enterprises

党建工作是国有企业发展过程中一个重要的组成部分,是推动企业生产经营的政治保障、动力源泉,是监督企业合法经营的重要保证。但目前存在党建工作融合能力欠缺、主动性不强、考核机制不全等问题。要加强党建工作与生产经营深度融合,必须加强思想融合,筑牢深融合的根与基;加强能力培养,筑牢深融合的中坚力量;落实党建责任,筑牢深融合的保障。

Party building is an important part of the development of state-owned enterprises,the political guarantee and motivation of promoting the production management of enterprises,and the vital guarantee of supervising the legitimate operation of enterprises.However,there are some problems such as lack of integration ability,lack of initiative and incomplete evaluation mechanism. In order to strengthen the deep integration of Party building and production management,we must enhance the ideological integration and lay the foundation of deep integration,strengthen the capability development,build up the core strength of deep integration implement the Party’s responsibility and to consolidate the guarantee of deep integration.
