党员“1+X”大岗位工作模式的实践探讨

钻具厂综合管理办公室党支部基于所辖范围内业务繁杂、人员不足的现状,创新了党员管理方法,探索出"1+X"的工作模式--"1"为精通一个岗位,"X"为能处理多个岗位的日常性业务,并从制定项目方案、启用"工作日志"展示模式、开展每周一次跨岗位"实习日"活动等方面详细阐明了其践行过程,进一步丰富了主题党日活动的内涵。
