Practice and Thinking on Effective Implementation of the Discipline Supervision of State-owned Enterprises

近年来,油田纪委按照集团公司党组、纪检监察组的部署持续深化推进监督工作取得了明显成效,但是对照新时代新阶段保障油田高质量发展的新要求仍存在不足。做深做实监督工作,对推进油田高质量发展意义重大。一要着力完善监督体系,持续增强监督合力;二要着力聚焦重点难点,持续强化精准监督;三要着力完善闭环管理,持续提升监督效能;四要着力加强队伍建设,持续提升能力素质。

In recent years,the oilfield discipline inspection commission has achieved remarkable results in deepening its discipline supervision in accordance with the deployment of the Party committee and the discipline inspection team of Sinopec,but the new requirements for ensuring the high quality development of the oilfield in the new era are still insufficient.It is of great significance to carry forward the high quality development of the oilfield by means of effectively implementing the discipline supervision.First,we should improve the supervision system and continuously strengthen the supervision synergy;second-we should focus on the key difficulties and continue to strengthen target-oriented supervision;third,we should improve the closed-loop management and continuously promote the effectiveness of supervision;fourth-we should strengthen the team building and continuously improve the capabilities.
