Qinghe Oil Production Plant is the main oil and gas producer in the oil field.After 35 years of development and construction,the old oilfield confronts many challenges and difficulties.According to the "Ten ThousandThousand-Hundred"strategic goal and " Revitalizing Qinghe" target requirement for the oilfield,Qinghe staff must change their ideas more considerably,have a good start with confidence,vigorously overcome difficulties and make technical innovations,deepen reform positively,and more effectively promote safe green development.
