摘要
业财融合是财务转型提升财务管理职能的一项重要手段,在高效的财务管理模式中也存在财务人员职能繁杂、数据处理平台不完善等一些问题,对此可采取将业务流程加入价值管理当中、将财务人员融入业务团队畅通人才成长和双向交流通道、完善方法体系和工作平台等方面的解决对策,进一步结合企业业财融合转型要求,持续把财务转型工作推向深入。
The integration of business and finance is an important instrument to improve the financial management function in the financial transformation,and there are some problems in the efficient financial management mode,such as the multi-duty of financial personnel and the imperfect data processing platform,which can be solved by adding business processes to the value management,integrating financial personnel into the business team to smooth the channels of talent growth and two-way exchange,improving methods and work platform and the like,so as to continue to push the financial transformation into depth combined with the transformation requirements of the integration of business and finance.
