浅谈专家队伍建设的实践与思考

摘要 人才资源是科研创新中最为活跃的因素,作为油田科研单位,专家队伍建设是三支人才队伍建设的重要组成部分。某科研单位立足《江汉油田"十百千"人才强企工程行动方案》,从推进专家队伍素质能力提升、构建专家队伍管理长效机制、加强专家队伍人才梯队建设、完善专家队伍考核激励机制等方面着手专家队伍的建设,充分发挥专家在科技创新"排头兵"和"领头雁"的作用,为企业人事部门进一步抓好人才队伍建设提供借鉴。 Talent resource is the most active factor in scientific research innovation.As an oilfield research institute,the expert team building is an important part of the building of three types of talent teams.Based on the Action Plan of Boosting Enterprise Project by "Tens-Hundreds-Thousands" Talents in Jianghan Oil Field,a scientific research institute started the building of expert teams from the aspects of promoting the ability of expert teams,constructing the long-term mechanism of management of expert teams,strengthening the echelon building of expert teams,improving the evaluation and incentive mechanism of expert teams,and giving full play to the leading role of experts in scientific and technological innovation,so as to provide reference for the personnel department of enterprises to further enhance talent team building.
