摘要
安全是企业生存和发展的基础,是企业效益的保证,是员工的第一福利,是管理人员的第一责任。基于江汉油田职工培训中心近几年没有发生过一般级及以上级事故,结合工作案例,总结出安全生产全覆盖、落实责任零容忍、提升全员安全素质、安全检查重实效等有效工作方法,但要进一步做好安全工作,还要以《江汉油田HSSE管理手册》为抓手,加强安全文化建设,持续提升安全管理绩效。
Safety is the foundation of enterprise survival and development,the guarantee of enterprise profitability,the first welfare of staff and the first responsibility of managers.Based on the fact that the staff and workers training center of Jianghan oilfield has not had any accidents at the moderate level or above in recent years,combined with the cases,this paper summarizes the effective methods such as full coverage of safety production,zero tolerance of responsibility,improvement of safety quality of all staff,and efficiency of safety inspection.However,in order to further do a good job in safety,we should take "HSSE Management Manual for Jianghan Oilfield " as the an effective tool to strengthen the building of safety culture and continue to improve the performance of safety management.
