贵阳龙洞堡机场不停航高填方施工工艺研究

摘要 研究背景为贵阳龙洞堡机场改扩建工程,新建跑道中线距老跑道中线仅有365m,机场周边处于不停航施工较敏感区域。通过净空限制面测算出不同施工区域净空限高,提出一套限制条件下土石方回填施工方案;建立一套岩溶丘陵地貌土石方高填方施工工法,明确不同压实工艺的技术参数,优化土石方高填方回填施工工艺技术,提出高填方特殊交界面处理方案。解决了机场不停航施工有效时间短、高填方沉降量大、收敛速度慢、高边坡稳定性差、填挖交界面薄弱的技术难题。 The research background is the reconstruction and expansion project of Guiyang Longdongbao airport.The center line of the new runway is only 365 m away from the center line of the old runway,and the surrounding area of the airport is in the sensitive area of non-suspend air construction.Through the clearance limit surface measurement,the clearance limit height of different construction areas is calculated,and a set of earth backfill construction scheme under limited conditions is put forward,a set of high fill construction method for Karst Hilly landform is established,the technical parameters of different compaction processes are defined,the construction technology of high fill backfill is optimized,and the special interface treatment scheme of high fill is put forward.It solves the problems of short effective time,large settlement of high fill,slow convergence speed,poor stability of high slope and weak interface between filling and excavation.
