The quality management of construction engineering EPC project needs the cooperation of all participating units in the whole process of project implementation.The concept of quality chain management emphasizing the coordination of all parties is just in line with this.This paper introduces the theory of quality chain management into the quality management of EPC project,and carries out theoretical research on quality chain collaborative management of construction engineering EPC project,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for project managers.
