摘要
通过有限元模拟研究了不同的螺栓拧紧方式对节点极限抗拔力的影响。结果表明,单次拧紧所有螺栓时,若采用"先上后下"拧法,在拧紧下排螺栓后,上排螺栓的挤压力几乎完全丧失。比较"先上后下"拧法与"先下后上"拧法的螺栓力总和可知,"先下后上"拧法可丧失较少的螺栓力,并且采用3-4-1-2"Z形"顺序拧法,可保留最多螺栓力。
Through finite element simulation,the influence of different bolt tightening methods on the ultimate pullout resistance of joints is studied.The results show that when all bolts are tightened at a time,if the“up-and-down”method is adopted,after the lower row of bolts are tightened,the squeezing force of the upper row of bolts is almost completely lost.Comparing the total bolt force of the“up-and-down”screwing method and the“down-and-up”screwing method shows that the“down-and-up”screwing method can lose less bolt force and adopts 3-4-1-2“Z-shaped”sequential screwing method can retain maximum bolt force.
