钢筋桁架楼承板在副中心某工程中的应用与分析

当前钢筋桁架楼承板在市场上存在因加工设备不同,生产出的楼承板略有差别,按照底部压型板的折角形式分别称为“M”型直立肋双折边钢筋桁架楼承板和“V”型肋单折边钢筋桁架楼承板。“M”型较“V”型,在加工质量上有了更进一步的改进,克服了楼承板搭接不严漏浆、钢筋焊点易脱焊等缺陷。北京城市副中心某工程采用“M”型钢筋桁架楼承板,通过本项目的实施,总结出一些经验,供类似工程借鉴和参考。

At present,the reinforced truss floor bearing plate in the market are slightly different due to different processing equipment.According to the angle form of the bottom profiled plate,called"M"type vertical rib double-folded reinforced truss floor bearing plate,and"V"type vertical rib single-folded reinforced truss floor bearing plate.Compared with the"V"type,the"M"type has a further improvement in processing quality,and overcomes the defects o f loose lap joints and easy desoldering of steel bars.A project in sub-center in Beijing adopts"M"type reinforced truss floor bearing plate.Through the implementation of this project,some experience has been summed up for reference to similar projects.
