Research on Super-large Section Paving Construction Technology for Highway Reconstruction and Expansion

基于济青高速公路改扩建工程一标段现场施工情况,对无纵缝超大断面上面层全幅摊铺施工工艺进行了研究,从5个方面建立了无纵缝超大断面上面层全幅摊铺施工工艺;总结分析了混合料生产配合比以及摊铺工艺参数;总结分析了无纵缝超大断面上面层全幅摊铺施工存在的不足,并提出了合理化的建议。

Based on the construction conditions of the first bid section of the Jiqing Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project,the full-scale paving construction process of the upper layer without longitudinal joints over a large section has been studied.From five aspects,the full-scale paving construction process of the upper layer without longitudinal joints super-large section was established;the production ratio of the mixture and the paving process parameters were summarized and analyzed;the full-scale paving of the upper layer without vertical joints super-large section was summarized and analyzed,there were deficiencies in paving construction,and reasonable suggestions were put forward.
