后压浆技术在高速公路桥梁灌注桩基中的应用

Application of Post Grouting Technology in Bored Pile Foundation of Expressway Bridge

针对后压浆技术在高速公路桥梁灌注桩基中的应用,结合工程实例,首先分析了后压浆技术的加固原理和技术特性,其次论述了后压浆技术的应用要点,再次探讨了应用后压浆技术时常见的问题和控制措施,最后分析了后压浆技术的应用效果。分析结果表明,高速公路桥梁灌注桩基对施工质量、桩基承载力等有非常严格的要求,采用后压浆技术,既能保证施工质量,也能缩短施工工期,加快施工进度,更好地控制工程造价,值得在类似工程中大力推广应用。

Aiming at the application of post grouting technology in highway bridge bored pile foundation,combined with engineering examples,this paper analyzes the reinforcement principle and technical characteristics of post grouting technology,discusses the application points of post grouting technology,discusses the common problems and control measures of post grouting technology,and analyzes the application effect of post grouting technology.The analysis results show that there are very strict requirements for the construction quality and pile bearing capacity of highway bridge bored pile foundation.Adopting post grouting technology can't only ensure the construction quality,but also shorten the construction period,speed up the construction progress,and better control the project cost,which is worth promoting and applying in similar projects.
