提到中国的黄酒,人们会想到“南有绍兴,北有即墨”,由此可见,“即墨黄酒,黄酒北宗”绝非徒有虚名。据资料记载,1975年,在即墨出土的距今已有五千多年的陶器“小酒杯”、商代提酒用的陶器“堤梁卤”和喝酒用的“爵”……这些都足以证明从原始社会开始,即墨就开始酿酒。千百年来,人们对于黄酒的情感,深厚而多样,正像它的历史一般。而今,在即墨妙府老酒博物馆中,探究的不仅是几千年黄酒文化的传承轨迹,还有对于古法酿酒技艺的完美诠释和体现。
Jimo Miaofu Huangjiu Museum is located in the courtyard of Shandong Jimo Miaofu Huangjiu Co.,Ltd. at No.166, Yanqing Street,Jimo District.Founded by Yu Qinfeng, a Chinese master disti11er and standard maker of Jimo Huangjiu,the museum fully displays the distilling process and cultural history of traditional Jimo Huangjiu.
