摘要
EDA作为集成电路产业链最上游的核心子领域,应用贯穿芯片设计、制造和封装测试全部环节。EDA工具的技术发展与商业应用对集成电路设计研发生产效率提升、电子信息产品提质增效发展具有重要的价值与意义。本文介绍了全球和我国EDA行业的发展情况,并对未来行业发展态势做了预判。
As the substantial sub-field of the integrated circuit industry,the EDA software is used at every step of semiconductor manufacturing process,from chip design and manufacturing to packaging&testing.The huge value for the development and usage of the EDAsoftware has greatly promoted the evolution of IC industry and even the application of electronicdevices.From the understanding of EDAdevelopment,this article introduces the situation of the global and China’s domestic EDA industry and predicts the trend of the field.
