冠心病患者心电图碎裂QRS波群发生危险因素分析

Analysis of risk factors of QRS complex in patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨冠心病患者心电图破裂QRS波群发生危险因素.方法选取2018年2月~2020年4月我院诊治冠心病患者130例进行研究,根据患者心电图是否出现破裂QRS波分为A组(心电图出现QRS波,50例)和B组(心电图未出现QRS波,80例),收集两组患者一般临床资料和临床可疑危险因素,分析影响冠心病患者心电图破裂QRS波发生危险因素.结果单因素分析得出,年龄、高脂血症、冠脉Gensini积分、冠脉病变支数在两组中比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).影响冠心病患者心电图破裂QRS波发生危险因素包括年龄(OR=3.654,P<0.05)、高脂血症(OR=2.541,P<0.05)、冠脉Gensini积分(OR=5.214,P<0.05)、脉病变支数(OR=4.214,P<0.05).结论影响冠心病患者心电图QRS波群发生危险因素较多,临床中针对性实施预防和干预,对降低冠心病患者心电图QRS波群发生有重要价值.

0bjective To explore the risk factors of QRS complex in patients with coronary heart disease.Method Select 130 case of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital during Feb..2018~Apr..2020 as study ing object,According to whether there is a ruptured QRS complex in the ECC,the patients are divided into Group A(QRS complex in the ECG,50 cases)and Group B(No QRS complex in the ECG,80 cases),Collect the general elinical data and clinical suspected risk factors of the two groups of patients,and analyze the risk factors that affect the occurrence of QRS complex in patients with coronary heart disease.Result Univariate analysis showed.that age.hyperlipidemia.coronary Gensini score,and the number coronary artery lesions were statistically significant in the two groups(P<0.05).Risk factors affecting the occurrence of QRS complex in patients with coronary heart disease inelude age(OR=3.654.P<0.05).hyperlipidemia(OR=2.541.P<0.05),and coronary Gensini score(OR=5.214,P<0.05),The number of diseased veins(OR=4.214.P<0.05).Conclus ion There are many risk factors that affect the occurrence of QRS complexes in the ECG of patents with coronary heart disease,and targeted prevention and intervention in clinical practice have important value in reducing the occurrence of QRS complexes in the ECG of patients with coronary heart disease.
