新型冠状病毒作为新发传染病,缺乏相关科学认识,早期未被提示风险,导致标准预防措施执行不到位,造成疫情蔓延.目前国外疫情仍然肆虐,感染率和死亡率居高不下.由于我国果断采取严格战时管控措施,动用一切技术和力量参加新冠肺炎疫情防控,收到显著效果,人民生活和经济社会活动已基本恢复正常.本文浅析新冠肺炎防控中遇到的困境,提出针对新发传染病的应急建议,旨在为促进卫生应急系统科学健康发展.
