摘要 介绍了H型钢主流生产工艺和设备特点,针对国内某钢厂大H型钢产线出现的产品翼缘斜度超标现象进行原因分析,结合设备工作特点和现场跟踪表明,H型钢翼缘斜度超标分通长超标和仅轧件头部超标两种情况,通长超标与热轧过程中精轧机轧制线和其前后摆动辊道的相对位置有关,轧件头部翼缘斜度超标与锯切工序设备状况有关,同时轧件温度、矫直条件等对翼缘斜度都有一定影响。通过相应措施的实施,翼缘斜度得到有效控制。 The main production process and equipment characteristics of H-beam were introduced, and the cause of excessive flange slope in the production line of a large H-beam in a domestic steel plant was analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of equipment work and field tracking, it showed that the flange inclination of H-beam flange exceeding the standard could be divided into two cases of excessive pass length and only excessive head of rolled piece. The excessive length was related to the relative position of the rolling line of the finishing mill and its front and back swinging roller table. The deviation of the flange at the head of the rolled piece was associated with the sawing process equipment situation. At the same time, the rolled piece temperature, straightening of the slope had a certain impact on the flange inclination. Through the implementation of the corresponding measures, the flange inclination could be effectively controlled.
