摘要
作为文化创意产业的电竞产业近年来获得了较快发展,随着电竞产业的快速发展,上海于2017年提出打造"全球电竞之都",国际电竞人才高地是上海打造全球电竞之都的必要条件和必然结果。国际电竞人才高地是指汇聚了一定数量和规模的世界一流的电竞人才和以这些人才为核心的人才群体、能够引领全球电竞产业发展的人才密集区。对国际电竞人才高地进行科学的考察和评价需要构建科学严谨的指标体系,采用专家打分法、层次分析法和灰色统计法构建了一个包含5大系统、13个要素和25个指标的国际电竞人才高地评价指标体系,以期对上海的国际电竞人才高地建设情况进行横向比较和历时评价,从而推动其全球电竞之都的建设工作。
A world e-sports talent highland is a necessary condition and inevitable result for Shanghai to become a global e-sports capital.The talent highland refers to the gathering of a certain number and scale of world-class e-sports talents,a talent group with these abilities as their core,and a talent-intensive area capable of leading for the development of the global e-sports industry.The establishment of a scientific and rigorous indicator system is needed to realize scientific investigation and evaluation of the world e-sports talent highland.This article establishes an evaluation indicator system with 5 major systems,13 elements and 25 indicators,based on an expert scoring method,analytic hierarchy process and grey statistics method for the world e-sports talent highland,in order to make a horizontal comparison and diachronic evaluation of the construction of the world e-sports talent highland in Shanghai,so as to propel its transformation into a global e-sports city.
