肾上腺肿瘤的CT和MRI诊断对比分析

Comparative analysis of CT and MRI diagnosis of adrenal tumors

目的:探究采用CT及MRI对肾上腺肿瘤诊断的临床效果。方法:纳入实验研究的158例均患者均经临床诊断确诊为肾上腺肿瘤病症,入组时间为2018年10月—2020年10月,分组方式采用随机双盲方式开展,分别采用MRI诊断(实验组,n=79)及CT诊断(对照组,n=79)开展病症诊断,分析诊断结果。结果:实验组诊断肾上腺肿瘤的准确率与对照组不存在较大差异(P>0.05)。实验组在肾上腺肿瘤位置确定、性质确定的诊断准确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肾上腺肿瘤采用CT及MRI诊断的效果均比较显著,必须从患者具体情况,合理选择诊断方式,以提升诊断的准确率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of adrenal tumors.Methods A total of 158 patients with adrenal tumor were enrolled in the study.All patients were diagnosed with adrenal tumor by clinical diagnosis.They were enrolled in the study from October 2018 to October 2020.They were randomly divided into two groups:MRI diagnosis(experimental group,n=79)and CT diagnosis(control group,n=79).The diagnosis results were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of adrenal tumor location and nature in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of adrenal tumors is significant.We must choose a reasonable diagnosis method according to the specific situation of patients to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
