CT联合MRI诊断妇科盆腔肿瘤的效果分析

目的:分析CT联合MRI诊断妇科盆腔肿瘤的效果。方法:选择我院2018年1月—2020年6月接诊的90例妇科盆腔肿瘤疑似患者进行研究。按照诊断方法将患者随机均分为A组(采取CT检查)、B组(采取MRI检查)和C组(采取CT联合MRI检查),统计A组、B组和C组患者的检查结果,比较和分析检查结果与病理检查结果,得出三组的检出率。结果:C组的检出率(93.33%)高于A组(63.33%)、B组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组、B组的检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CT联合MRI诊断妇科盆腔肿瘤的效果显著,可保证诊断结果的准确性,确定疾病类型,让患者能够及时接受针对性的治疗,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of CT combined with MRI in diagnosis of gynecological pelvic tumors.Methods 90 cases of suspected gynecological pelvic tumors were selected from January 2018 to June 2020.Patients were randomly divided into A groups(CT examination),B groups(MRI examination)and C groups(combined examination),Statistics of A,B and C groups,Compare and analyze the results with the pathological findings,The detection rate of the three groups was obtained.Results The detection rate of C group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of A group(63.33%)and B group(70.00%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in detection rate between A group and B group(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of CT combined MRI in the diagnosis of gynecological pelvic tumors is remarkable,which can ensure the accuracy of diagnostic results,determine the type of disease,and enable patients to receive targeted treatment in time,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
