心脏彩超在心肌梗塞诊断中的应用及诊断准确率分析

The application of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction and the analysis of its diagnostic accuracy

目的:探究分析心脏彩超在心肌梗塞诊断中的应用及诊断准确率。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年1月我院急诊科及心内科就诊患者,期间收集60名心肌梗塞患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其定义为研究组,再于同期收集60名健康体检者的临床资料作为对照组,两组患者均完成心脏彩超检查,对不同组观察对象的心脏彩超结果进行比较分析。结果:以造影诊断结果为金标准,研究组60名心肌梗塞患者均确诊,研究组室壁运动异常发生率86.67%(52/60),诊断准确率93.33%(56/60);与对照组健康体检者相比,研究组心肌梗塞患者的左心室舒张末期容积、收缩末期容积指标值更高,左心室射血分数更低,组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于心肌梗塞患者而言,心脏彩超能够敏锐地反应出患者心肌的变化情况,为临床诊断提供准确的影像学资料参考,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To explore the application and diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction.Methods During the study period from January 2019 to January 2020,clinical data of 60 patients with myocardial infarction were collected for retrospective analysis,which was defined as the study group.At the same time,the clinical data of 60 healthy people were collected as the control group.Results The pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard,the study group of 30 patients with myocardial infarction were diagnosed,the incidence of abnormal ventricular wall motion in the study group was 86.67%(52/60),the diagnostic accuracy rate was 93.33%(56/60);compared with the control group,the left ventricular end diastolic volume,end systolic volume,left ventricular ejection fraction index value of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with myocardial infarction,cardiac color Doppler ultrasound can sensitively reflect the changes of myocardial in patients,and provide accurate imaging reference for clinical diagnosis,with significant clinical application value.
