Due to the influence of various social factors,there are still some serious ecological problems in our society,such as water shortage,pollution and so on.So,in the new era of ecological civilization vision,how we want to do a good job in the protection and utilization of water resources,has become an important topic of concern of the masses.Based on this,this paper will combine with the actual development of China's society,in-depth discussion of effective strategies for water resources protection and utilization,in order to truly solve the problems existing in China's water resources,and ensure the harmonious and steady development of China's society.
