完善节能降耗统计制度存在不足点及策略的研究

Research on the shortcomings and strategies of improving the statistical system for energy saving and consumption reduction

能源是经济建设的物质基础,具有不可再生性和稀缺性,这就决定了节能降耗是能源利用时必须遵循的根本原则。而加强节能降耗统计工作,是提升节能降耗效率的重要内容。鉴于节能降耗统计工作的复杂性,为更好地完善节能降耗统计制度,本文对节能降耗统计制度的现状进行了初步探讨,在此基础上,归纳了我国现阶段节能降耗统计制度的不足,并提出了相应的完善策略。

Energy is the material basis of economic construction,which is non-renewable and scarce.This determines that energy conservation and consumption reduction are the fundamental principles that must be followed in energy utilization.Strengthening the statistical work of energy saving and consumption reduction is an important part of improving the efficiency of energy saving and consumption reduction.In view of the complexity of the energy-saving and consumption-reduction statistical work,in order to better improve the energy-saving and consumption-reduction statistical system,this article conducts a preliminary discussion on the current situation of the energy-saving and consumption-reduction statistical system,and on this basis,summarizes the current energy-saving and consumption reduction statistical system in my country,deficiencies,and proposed corresponding improvement strategies.
