农村生活污水治理已成为新时期社会焦点。水污染治理规划须立足于全域水污染监测分析,考量源强特点与区域环境条件,才能够保障水污染管控的准确性、科学性及有效性。本文从某县整县农村污水治理规划水环境监测分析工作出发,通过系统性的工作方案编制、区域摸排监测、全量数据分析,形成水治理规划技术建议报告,为后续政府制定相关规划提供技术性指导。

Rural domestic sewage treatment has become the focus of society in the new era.Water pollution control planning must be based on the monitoring and analysis of water pollution in the whole area,considering the characteristics of source strength and regional environmental conditions,in order to ensure the accuracy,scientificity and effectiveness of water pollution control.This article starts from the water environment monitoring and analysis work of the entire county’s rural sewage treatment plan,and through systematic work plan preparation,regional monitoring and drainage monitoring,and full data analysis,a technical proposal report for water treatment planning is formed,and relevant subsequent governments are formulated.The plan provides technical guidance.
