摘要
本文重点介绍"二级反渗透RO+EDI"的主体工艺技术在广州黄埔天然气热电厂的成功应用,采用二级RO技术解决了EDI进水的离子负荷,改善EDI进水的pH值和对硬度的限定,达到稳定运行EDI系统、降低初期工程投资和减少能源消耗的多重目的。而且,结合设计条件,可以采用不同的EDI整体工艺技术。
This paper mainly introduces the successful application of the main process technology of“two-stage reverse osmosis RO+EDI”in Guangzhou Huangpu natural gas thermal power plant.By using the two-stage RO technology,the ion load of EDI influent is solved,the pH value of EDI influent and the limit of hardness are improved,so as to achieve the multiple purposes of stable operation of EDI system,reducing initial project investment and energy consumption,moreover,combined with the design conditions,different overall EDI technology can be used.
