摘要
本文应用便携式生物毒性仪测试汞、铜、锌在不同浓度和反应时间里对明亮发光杆菌的急性毒性作用。浓度在一定条件范围内均与相对发光度呈负相关关系,相关性汞>锌>铜,建立了一元回归线性方程,得到相对发光度在70%时各自的最低毒性剂量,超出线性范围,不能得到相对准确的结果,本方法不适用。不同反应时间里,汞、锌的相对发光度变化小,而铜变化较大。
This article uses a portable biological toxicity tester to test the acute toxic effects of Hg,Cu and Zn on Photobacterium phosphoreum at different concentrations and reaction times.The concentration is negatively correlated with the relative luminosity within a certain range of conditions.The correlation between Hg>Zn>Cu is to establish a linear regression equation of one element,and obtain the respective lowest toxic doses when the relative luminosity is 70%.Beyond the linear range,relatively accurate results cannot be obtained,this method is not applicable.In different reaction times,the relative luminosity of Hg and Zn changes little,while Cu changes greatly.
