Scientific and technological empowerment is the development trend of the reform of environmental assessment examination and approval system in modern society.Taking the reform process of EIA examination and approval system as the main research object,this paper makes a multi-type,multi-level and multi-dimensional exploration and analysis on the innovation and development of EIA system,and puts forward a series of effective reform suggestions and development strategies.
