Probe into the new regulations on the classification of domestic waste in beijing

为了对北京市生活垃圾新条例进行梳理,便于发现遗留问题,本文结合旧条例对现行制度、实施办法进行了剖析,就民意调查结果,对比国内外经验,提出了将奖惩制度与个人信誉挂钩;丰富宣传手段、扩大行动人群;建立垃圾回收"一条龙"监管体系等建议,助力北京完成垃圾分类新条例的全面实施。

In order to sort out the new regulations on household waste in Beijing and make it easier to find the remaining problems,this paper analyzes the existing system and implementation methods in the light of the old regulations,compares the results of public opinion polls with the experience at home and abroad,and puts forward proposals to link the reward and punishment system with personal credibility,help Beijing complete the full implementation of the new regulations on waste classification.
