摘要
自2020年初,医用口罩使用量进入爆发期,关于废弃医用口罩的"无害化、资源化"处理成为焦点问题,本文提出一种普通人群使用后的废弃口罩混燃的处理方式,设计一款结合口罩消毒和真空打包的处理装置。基本思路是将废弃口罩经行喷洒酒精消毒和抽真空打包处理后,运输至生物质发电站或垃圾发电站经行混燃,将口罩燃烧所释放的热量用于发电。本文采用实验方法验证酒精消毒对口罩燃烧性能的影响,并对口罩混燃进行分析。
Since the beginning of 2020,the use of medical masks has entered an outbreak period,and the“harmless and resourcebased”treatment of discarded medical masks has become a focus.This paper proposes a treatment method of mixed combustion of discarded masks for ordinary people,and designs a treatment device combining mask disinfection and vacuum packaging.The basic idea is to transport the waste masks to the biomass power station or the garbage power station after spraying alcohol disinfection and vacuum packaging treatment,and then use the heat released by the combustion of the masks for power generation.In this paper,the influence of alcohol disinfection on the combustion performance of masks was verified by experimental method,and the mixed combustion of masks was analyzed.
