摘要
以沉水植物苦草、金鱼藻为研究对象,在室内模拟条件下,对苦草和金鱼藻生长情况进行观察和底泥采样分析,运用潜在生态危害指数法对苦草、金鱼藻在河道底泥重金属修复能力上进行综合评价。研究结果表明:苦草和金鱼藻在实验前期的对不同重金属的综合吸收能力较为相近,而随着实验的进行,苦草底泥的综合潜在生态危害系数下降趋势一直保持稳定,金鱼藻底泥的综合潜在生态危害系数下降趋于平缓,说明在本实验设定重金属浓度下,苦草对于河道底泥重金属植物修复能力略优于金鱼藻。
Taking the submerged plants Vallisneria and Ceratophyllum as the research objects,under indoor simulation conditions,observation of the growth of Vallisneria and Ceratophyllum and analysis of sediment sampling were carried out,and the potential ecological hazard index method was used to analyze the presence of Vallisneria and Ceratophyllum.Comprehensive evaluation is carried out on the repair ability of heavy metals in river sediments.The results of the study show that the comprehensive absorption capacity of different heavy metals of Vallisneria vulgaris and Ceratophyllum in the early stage of the experiment is relatively similar,and as the experiment progresses,the downward trend of the comprehensive potential ecological hazard coefficient of Vallisneria vulgaris sediment has remained stable.The overall potential ecological hazard coefficient of,the decline tends to be flat,indicating that under the heavy metal concentration set in this experiment,the phytoremediation ability of Vallisneria vulgaris on river sediments is slightly better than that of Ceratophyllum.
