摘要
本文简要介绍了国内餐厨垃圾处理的几种常见技术,详细阐述了目前主流的厌氧发酵工艺在不同运营模式下产生两种处理模式的技术路线,并分析了两模式的优缺点,对比了两种模式的经济效益,以期为我国餐厨垃圾处理项目的建设提供参考。
This article briefly introduces several common technologies for domestic kitchen waste treatment,expounds in detail the current mainstream anaerobic fermentation process to produce two treatment modes under different operating modes,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two modes.The economic benefits of the two models are compared in order to provide a reference for the construction of my country’s kitchen waste treatment projects.
