土地利用规划环境影响评价若干问题探讨

我国经济快速发展、城市发展迅速、工业生产规模的扩大等一系列因素都在一定程度上影响了我国土地资源的利用。在经济水平提高、人们生活得到改善的同时,生态环境问题却日益严重,成为了制约某些城市和地区发展的主要因素,这其中,土地的规划问题就是非常严重的一种。土地规划的效果直接影响当地的土地资源、水资源、生态系统等,所以,土地规划工作是十分重要的。本文针对土地利用规划对环境的影响展开讨论,并提出了几种解决方法。

A series of factors,such as the rapid development of economy,the rapid development of cities and the expansion of industrial production scale,have affected the utilization of land resources in our country to a certain extent.With the improvement of economic level and the improvement of people’s living standards,the problem of ecological environment is becoming more and more serious,which has become the main factor restricting the development of some cities and regions.Among them,the problem of land planning is a very serious one.The effect of land planning has a direct impact on local land resources,water resources,ecosystem and so on,so land planning is very important.This paper discusses the impact of land use planning on the environment,and puts forward several solutions.
