摘要 为深入研究高校化学实验室学生安全行为的影响因素,本文从学生道德取向角度,采用问卷调查方法,调查天津理工大学化学化工学院一年级学生的实验室焦虑、安全态度、安全知识、安全行为和道德取向与学生安全行为的关系。结果表明:安全态度、安全知识及理想主义均对安全行为存在显著正向影响,安全态度和理想主义的影响更为显著;不同道德取向的学生在实验室焦虑、安全知识和安全行为方面存在显著差异;高理想主义者具有更高的安全行为。建议高校在化学化工安全培训时,加强学生思政教育,将理想主义内容纳入安全教育;注重营造理想主义的教学环境,提高教师队伍的理想主义倾向;在安全教育中注意“以人为本”,进一步提高安全教育实效。 In order to deeply study the effect factors of student's safety behavior in the chemistry laboratory of colleges and universities,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the laboratory anxiety,safety attitude,safety knowledge,safety behavior,and moral orientation of first-year students in the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Tianjin University of Technology.Results showed that safety attitudes,safety knowledge,and idealism all had significant positive effects on safety behavior,and the effects of safety attitude and idealism were very significant.Students with different moral orientation had significant differences in laboratory anxiety,safety knowledge,and safety behavior.High idealists had higher safety behavior.It is suggested that colleges and universities should strengthen idealism education during chemical safety training.Meantime,more attention shoud be paid to creat an idealistic environment and increase the idealistic degree of teachers.People-oriented should be addressed in safety education to promote the efficiency of safety education.
