摘要
海洋石油工程项目采办是当前工程项目管理的重要组成部分。合理的采办管理可以有效控制项目成本,提高工程质量,减少安全事故的发生。文章结合海洋石油工程项目采办管理的特点,从采办的合同签订、设计、采购、验收、售后等各个阶段,对海洋石油工程项目的采办管理进行了分析,为保证工程项目建设的持续和妥善运行提供了借鉴。
The acquisition of offshore oil engineering project is an important part of the current project management,reasonable acquisition management can effectively control project costs,improve project quality,reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.Based on the characteristics of the procurement management of offshore oil engineering projects,this paper analyzes the procurement management of offshore oil engineering projects from the stages of contract signing,design,procurement,acceptance and after-sale,etc.,in order to ensure the construction of sustainable and proper operation of the project to provide reference.
