上海某城中村改造地块土壤污染状况初步调查与分析

Preliminary Environmental Site Investigation of Village Reconstruction Site in Shanghai

上海某城中村改造项目地块,后续规划为居住用地,自90年代起地块内陆续入驻近40余家企业,根据国家和上海市相关要求,应开展土壤污染状况调查。通过资料收集、现场踏勘、人员访谈,结合电磁感应法物探,发现地块内有20家企业疑似涉及生产型活动,存在污染可能,需进行布点采样工作,初步判定14个疑似污染区。本次调查地块内共布设37个土壤监测点位,19个地下水监测点,1个土壤和地下水对照点。依据检测结果得出结论:地块内土壤及地下水环境质量满足居住用地等第一类用地的规划使用要求。

The village reconstruction site is planned to be residential land in the future.Since the 1990s,more than 40 enterprises have settled in the land successively.According to the relevant requirements of the State and Shanghai Municipality,it needs to have a environmental investigation when it was re-used.Based on field reconnaissance,data collection and interviews,combined with electromagnetic induction geophysical prospecting,it was finally identified that there might be polluted by the 20 enterprises,investigation should be carried out in this site.There might be 14 suspected contaminated areas.37 soil sampling sites and 19 groundwater sampling sites were set up in the research site,and one comparison point of soil and groundwater was set up outside of the site.The results show that the soil and groundwater environmental quality of the research site are meet the requirements of the first type of land,such as residential land.
